When should you spay or neuter?
It depends on your pet's breed and health, so it's always worth a conversation, but as a general guideline, somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks. Altering before a first heat cycle can meaningfully lower the risk of mammary tumors later in life. We'll help you land on the right timing for your individual pet, not a one-size-fits-all rule.
