NOTICE of NEW POLICY: Cancellation Policy
Due to an epidemic of last-minute cancellations and no shows, we have adopted the
following policies:
Appointments should be cancelled AT LEAST 24 hours in advance.
After TWO cancellations less than 24 hours in advance within a year, prepayment of the
exam fee for a scheduled appointment will be required.
After TWO no show/no call appointments, prepayment of the exam fee for a scheduled
appointment will be required, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL surgery or dental appointments require a $50 deposit, REFUNDABLE ONLY IF
CANCELLED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
To reschedule a surgery or dental appointment that has been cancelled less than 48
hours in advance or no showed for, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equaling the base
estimate of the procedure/dental will be required.
You will be contacted by text, email, and/or phone call at least 24 hours in advance to
confirm your scheduled appointment, and at least 48 hours in advance to confirm your
surgery/dental appointment. It is respectful to respond, so that one of our sick family
members can get in!
We hope that you understand these changes, as it is unfair to those clients and their family
members that we have to turn away or postpone for an appointment or, even worse, a surgery,
because we are booked. We understand things happen, but it has become an extreme problem
over the last few months.
