Due to an epidemic of last-minute cancellations and no shows, we have adopted the

following policies:

 

Appointments should be cancelled AT LEAST 24 hours in advance.

If you are a new client, and no show for your first appointment, prepayment of the exam fees for future scheduled appointments will be required until responsibility is demonstrated.

After THREE cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or no shows, within a year, prepayment of the

exam fee for a scheduled appointment will be required.

ALL surgery or dental appointments require a $50 deposit, REFUNDABLE ONLY IF

CANCELLED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE, NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS.

To reschedule a surgery or dental appointment that has been cancelled less than 48

hours in advance, not including weekends, or no showed for, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equaling the base estimate of the procedure/dental will be required.

You will be contacted by text, email, and/or phone call at least 24 hours in advance to

confirm your scheduled appointment, and at least 48 hours in advance, not including weekends, to confirm your surgery/dental appointment.  It is respectful to respond, so that one of our sick family

members can get in!

 

 

Refilling Prescriptions

There are several ways to request a prescription refill.  You can call into our refill line and leave a message, or email us with your request.  We do require 24-48 hours to fill your prescription refill, and will text or call you when it is ready. The 24-48 hours also applies to requests for a paper prescription for an outside pharmacy.
